My cat is mad at me what couldve caused this?

my cat growled at me earlier and scratched me! idk what she could be mad about she has water food and litter box is clean. idk if she could be mad about anything else earlier i brought my puppy in idk if that upset her. she hadd 4 kittens 9 weeks ago and we got rid of two of them when they were 6 weeks we have two now. idk if that has anything to do with it butidk why she would be mad at me. it hurts me that she is mad at mee! any advice i really want her to like me again beore she had kittens she was cuddly and loving she was like my daughter that was my bestfriend after the kittens she doesnt really like me anymore but i still love her
