How to cope with being picked on when I have depression issues?

I am so sorry you have to go through silly things like that. Kids can be so cruel. 1st of all you ARE doing the right thing by ignoring them, and not showing how it hurts you. If they see the pain you feel, it may cause them to act on you even more. So they can be so called cool, and have everyone laugh. Is it possible for you to maybe talk to your school counselor and see if there are other alternatives to how you get to and from school? Have you talked to your parents about this? Also know that is something missing in their lives that they choose to lash out on you, to take away from the issues they are dealing with. There is nothing wrong with you. If they were to say that to anybody else it would hurt them as well. So know that you are not alone. I don't know why you are depressed, but see if you can talk with someone to talk about why you are depressed. Don't keep it all bottled up inside. You will feel better releasing all the anger, and issues you have. In the mean time stay the same loving, caring person you are! Self respect is far more better than respect from other peers. I hope this helps, and pray the bullying stops! Good luck
